KeyScope
What it is
A low cost laparoscope equipped with a high resolution camera, LED light source and USB connectivity.
Function
Allows the surgeon to view the operative field internally by projecting images onto a laptop or tablet.
Compared with a conventional system
- Replaces bulky laparoscopy tower.
- Powered by USB, with no separate lightbox or monitor required.
- Uses low power and is suitable for battery or solar backup.
- No consumable bulbs or specialised parts.
KeyLoop
What it is
A mechanical retractor that lifts the abdominal wall, creating operative space without insufflation.
Function
Replaces the use of CO₂ gas to insufflate the abdomen during laparoscopy.

- Eliminates CO₂ tanks, regulators and tubing.
- Works without electric insufflators that may be prone to breakdown.
- Fully mechanical, with no power or consumables required.

What it is
A self retaining retractor system used to stabilize the KeyLoop during surgery
